Accuracy and sources
Claims about prices, features, statistics and platform policies link to their source. Prices show the date we last checked them. If we can't verify something, we say so.
Independence
Our writers and editors decide what to cover and what to recommend. Commercial partners, advertisers and our agency partner have no access to unpublished articles and no say in rankings.
Labels
- Every article carries a format label: Review, Comparison, Best Of, Cost Guide, How-To, Guide or Update.
- Paid content is labelled Sponsored, is never included in our Best Of rankings and its links use rel="sponsored".
Updates
We only mark an article as updated when we make a substantial change, and we describe what changed in the update history at the end of the article.
Use of AI
We may use AI tools to help with research, outlines and first drafts. Testing, screenshots, scores and verdicts are always done by people. Every article is checked, completed with first-hand experience and signed by a named author who is responsible for it. We do not publish mass-generated content.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and log the correction publicly on our corrections page.
