- Newsletter: your email address and the date and page where you subscribed.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message or quote request.
- To pass quote requests to promobiz.net, the agency behind CreateWeb24 — only when you tick the consent box on the quote form.
- To send the newsletter you asked for. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and our newsletter platform. They process data only on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Before we add any, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it and update our cookie policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA and the Australian Privacy Act), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or limit how we use it. We do not sell personal information. Contact us through our contact page to make a request.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
